Yes, every timepiece in our collection is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or reputable luxury partners. Each watch comes with its original serial number, box, and manufacturer's warranty documents.
What are your delivery options and costs within the UK?
We offer complimentary, fully insured next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all orders over £500. For orders under this amount, standard tracked shipping is available for a flat fee of £5.95.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and tags intact for a full refund or exchange.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
All new watches are covered by the full manufacturer's international warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the brand. We also provide a one-year Time+Tide movement warranty for our pre-owned collection.

Can I have my watch bracelet resized before shipping?
Absolutely. If you provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' at checkout, our in-house watchmakers will professionally resize the bracelet for you free of charge. We will include all removed links in the box.
