Toledano & Chan B/1.2 Mother of Pearl

What comes after a successful launch for a new brand?

How do you follow up a hit, and avoid the curse of the second album slump?

How do you evolve with audacity, but retain the spirit of the original?

With Toledano & Chan's first watch, they had leeway. Breathing space, because no-one was paying attention. Now they’re watching.

Introducing the b/1.2

Toledano & Chan wanted to do something unexpected.

They continued the brutalist design language of the b/1, not with steel, but with sapphire glass.

They filled the gap left by the sloped architecture of the case with an asymmetrical sapphire crystal, that covers a Tahitian mother of pearl dial.

It’s architecture-but with glass and light.

Time+Tide Watches have received a small exclusive allocation of these watches to sell for pre-order via the Time+Tide Shop.
